Facebook Friend Lists

Facebook friend lists are helpful if you want to be able to filter the incoming information on your Facebook news feed. Friend lists are a great way to manage your friends and view only the updates that you want to see at any given time. You can create multiple different friend lists to manage friends. Once you have created a friend list, you can filter the news feed to only show content from a certain friend list.

Step 1: Creating a Friend List

Login to your Facebook account.
In the top right-hand corner of the screen, click Account --> Edit Friends.
Click Create a List in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
In the Create New List dialog box, type in a name for your list. You can either select an image or search for friends in the Start Typing a Name box. Once you're done adding friends to your new list, click Create List.
