What You'll Need
Step 1: Marinate the Meat
In the bowl, prepare the marinade by combining the lemon juice, chopped garlic and rosemary.
- Marinate the lamb chops in the bowl for two hours.
- When the chops are done marinating, remove them from the bowl and place them on a paper towel. Rub off all the garlic and rosemary.
Step 2: Cook the Meat
Heat the frying pan on medium high.
- Heat the butter and oil together in the frying pan.
- Place the lamb chops in the pan when it is hot. The pan is ready when liquid splashes off of it.
- Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the meat. On average, cook for four minutes per side or longer for well-done meat.
- Flip the meat when blood rises to the top of the uncooked side.
