Knife Skills - How to Peel Garlic

Ingredients and Equipment

Peel Garlic

1. Remove the papery skin of the bulb.
2. As the cloves fall away, take one clove and trim off the root with your paring knife.
3. Split the clove in half with your paring knife and peel away the papery skin with your fingers.
