How to Cook Instant Ramen

Instant ramen or instant noodles is one of the cheapest and easiest foods to prepare. There are many varieties of flavors to choose from according to your taste. How to Prepare Instant Cup Ramen

Cup ramen is the easiest type of ramen to cook. You only need to add hot water from your thermos or water dispenser to the cup.

  1. Open the lid and take out the plastic forks and seasonings sachets.
  2. Put in the seasonings and dried vegetables to the cup.
  3. Fill the cup with hot water until the marked sign in the cup.
  4. Close the lid back and wait for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir with plastic fork and serve.
  6. If you make dry cup noodles, after 3 minutes, drain the water from the holes in the lid.
  7. Mix the noodles with the seasonings and serve.

How to Cook Instant Ramen

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan.

How to Cook Fried Noodles from Instant Ramen

You can use instant ramen to make fried noodles. Choose dry instant noodles in plastic package with the most basic flavor (chicken or beef flavor) or matching flavor (e.g seafood flavor for seafood chow mein).

Seafood Fried Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of Seafood flavor instant ramen
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bunch of bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch of bok choy, blanched and sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup of mixed seafood

Method:

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain.
  2. Heat a little oil in a wok or pan. Fry the garlic until fragrant. Loosely beat the eggs and pour into the wok. Scramble the eggs.
  3. Add the cooked ramen and the mixed seafood. Add only 1 sachet of the seasoning. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir fry until the seafood is cooked.
  4. Add the blanched bok choy and bean sprouts. Stir fry for 1 more minute. Serve warm.
