What You'll Need
Ingredients- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter, cubed and chilled
- 1 tbsp creme fraiche
- Chives, chopped, for garnish
Equipment
Skillet- Burner
- Spatula
- Serving plate
Instructions
1. Melt one-half tablespoon of the chilled butter cubes in a skillet over medium heat. Tilt the pan or use the spatula to evenly coat the skillet with melted butter.
2. Crack the three eggs directly into the hot skillet. Add the remaining butter cubes. Whisk the eggs in the skillet using the spatula. Cook until slightly runny, stirring frequently to help the eggs cook evenly.
3. Mix in the creme fraiche using the spatula.
