Mahalo expert chef Judith Jones shows you how to make delicious deviled eggs.

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt (a dash)
- Pepper (a dash)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- A pinch of paprika

- Servings: 12
- Prep time: 25 minutes
- Total time: 25 minutes
Step 1: Make the Filling
- Boil raw eggs for 10 minutes.
- Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, lengthwise, and separate the yolk from the whites.
- Place egg whites on separate platter.
- Use a fork to mash up the yolk in a medium-sized bowl
- and stir in mayonnaise, salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard, and a dash of paprika.
Step 2: Fill the Egg Whites
- Using a spoon or pastry bag, fill egg whites.
- Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
- Serve cold.c
