What You'll Need
Ingredients- 3 eggs
- Chives
- Sage
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shaved
- Burner
- Skillet
- Bowl
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting board
Instructions
1. Melt butter on skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs into bowl. Stir in sour cream and mozzarella.
2. Drip small amount of egg in pan to test heat. If it sizzles slightly, the pan is ready. Pour egg batter into skillet.
3. While eggs are cooking, Pull sage leaves off of sprigs. Stack leaves on top of each other. Roll them if possible, then chop them.
4. Use the spatula to let the raw egg touch the heat of the skillet. Sprinkle salt and pepper over eggs.
5. While eggs are cooking, cut chives. Add chives and sage to eggs. Continue cooking until egg mixture is fluffy.Cooking Tips
