What You'll Need
3 medium eggs
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 2 tbsp mushroom, chopped
- Rosemary garnish
- 2 heaping tbsp swiss cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ham, chopped
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Broiler
- Nonstick frying pan
- Large bowl
- Spatula
- Whisk
Preparation
2. Warm nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
