What You'll Need
- Unsalted butter
- Granulated sugar
- Flour
- Ramekin
- Pastry brush (optional)
Step 1: Apply the Butter
Take a small amount of butter using your clean fingers then evenly coating the ramekin’s bottom and sides.
Make sure to coat the bottom and creases as well as the corners of each ramekin. If you have a number of ramekins to work with, simply prepare softened butter and use a pastry brush to coat the bottom and sides.
Step 2: Add Sugar and Flour
Once buttered, pour 1/4 cup of sugar and flour (combined) into the ramekin. Swirl the sugar around so that sugar sticks to the butter on the sides. Do the same process for each of the remaining ramekins and you’re done.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-7KJDT8tcU
