How to Choose Your Avatar in 'We Rule'

If you're a new We Rule player, you will need to establish an identity for the game. This can be done by creating your own We Rule name and avatar. Your avatar is essentially your identity on We Rule. It is the image fellow players will see when you visit their kingdoms. Creating your own avatar in We Rule for the iPad isn't difficult. You'll need to select your player name, choose a password and then pick the image you want to use as your We Rule avatar. Read on to learn more about how to choose your avatar in We Rule.

Before you can select an avatar for We Rule you will need to load the game. From your iPad home page, select the We Rule icon to pull up the game. If you do not see the We Rule icon, you will need to download the application. For information on how to do this, check out Mahalo's How to Download 'We Rule' for iPad page.

Once you have downloaded and pulled up We Rule on your iPad, you will need to choose a "gamername." If you already play other ngmoco games, you can use this name. If not, you'll select a new name. Now that you have a gamername, you'll need to create a password. The We Rule password must be at least four characters long. Try to choose a password that is unique to you and not easily guessed by others (such as "1234" or your name). Click "Next." You will be given the option at this point to view the We Rule app's terms and conditions. As soon as you click "I Agree" to the terms and conditions of the We Rule application, you'll be asked to choose your avatar. Tap the profile image to bring up preselected We Rule avatar options. There are approximately 30 different avatar images to choose from, including human faces, shapes and animals. Find the avatar that you like best and tap it to select the image. Once you have picked your avatar, you'll be prompted to view the We Rule privacy policy. Once you have viewed the policy, click "I Agree" to proceed. Select your age (1-13, 14-20, 21+) and click "Next." You now have the option of entering in your real name, so that other players can find you on We Rule. Enter your first and last name in the boxes provided and click "Next." Enter your email address (this will be used to prompt you if you need to reset your We Rule password) and click "Next." Your final prompt involves promotional offers. You can opt in or out of receiving promotional offers (including information about upcoming ngmoco games and special offers).
