How to Change Your Tumblr URL
From your dashboard, click the name of your blog. 
Click Settings. Scroll down to the URL section. Here, you can change the URL of your Tumblr or use a custom domain name. If you try to use a URL that is already in use, Tumblr automatically lets you know.
When you have successfully changed your URL, scroll down to the bottom and click Save preferences.
