Step 1: Adjust Quick Mask Options

Step 2: Highlight the Pupil
Select the zoom tool that looks like a magnify glass from the bottom of the toolbox and zoom into the eye area. Click on the brush tool and decrease the brush size by pressing the left bracket ("["). Press the "Quick Mask" button, then fill in the pupil. Press the "X" button on your keyboard to toggle to white if you need to clean up any areas where you colored outside the pupil area. Step 3: Change the Eye Color
Press and hold the "Command" button ("Control" on a Windows-based system) and press "J" on your keyboard to jump the highlighted pupil to a new layer.
