Prepare for to be Challenged
While traveling the world is one big part of the race, contestants also participate in a variety of challenges along the way, including this cheese task in Switzerland on season 14. From roadblocks and detours to the occasional speed bump, the challenges reflect the culture of the location and can be grueling both mentally and physically. Be sure to consider all factors of the show when making the decision that you'd like to compete.

As contestants compete in teams, generally of two people, each person on the team must complete and sign the lengthy application.
