You've seen the likes of JabbaWockeeZ compete on stage and rise to stardom for their win on the first season of America's Best Dance Crew and now you want to put your best foot forward and compete as well. First you'll need to get your crew together, call for an appointment or send in a video and attend an audition.
Step 1: Gather Your Crew
As suggested by the name of the show, each dance crew must contain several members. The first step to appearing on the show is gathering the best dancers you know for your crew.
- All dancers must be over the age of 18
- Crews must contain between five and seven members
- All dancers must be in excellent physical and mental health
- Each member must be able to travel to attend the tapings, including leaving school or work for several weeks
Step 2: Call or Submit a Video
To let the producers know you are interested in performing on the show, you will need to either call to set up an appointment for an audition or send in a video of your moves.
