House of Wax is a 2005 horror film about a group of friends stranded in an abandoned town that features a wax museum. The teenage friends discover that the town is fake and is only inhabited by a crazy family that kills all visitors. The film stars Paris Hilton, Elisha Cuthbert and Chad Michael Murray. House of Wax is a remake of the classic 1953 film of the same title that starred Vincent Price. Paris Hilton earned honors for "Best Frightened Performance" at the MTV Movie Awards, as well as "Worst Supporting Actress" at the 2006 Golden Raspberries.
