On episode four of Flavor Of Love 3 there was a Flavorette Roast. During the Flavorette Roast, Hotlanta's housemates, Thing 1 and Thing 2, accuse her of having herpes. A doctor visits the mansion to test Hotlanta for herpes and gives Flav the results, which reveal that Hotlanta does not have herpes.
