Lawsuits
Three women filed a lawsuit against Simon Spotlight Entertainment when they appeared in the book Hot Chicks with Douchebags without consent. The suit was filed in New Jersey and on February 6, presiding judge Menelaos Toskos threw out the charges stating that the book is obviously satire and is not intended to be taken as an assertion of facts.MSNBC.com: N.J.
