Homestar Runner is a popular website and web based flash cartoon series.
The characters used on Homestar Runner were first used in a story brothers Mark and Mike Chapman wrote while still in college in 1996. The website was not launched until New Year's day, 2000. The original shorts were created using Adobe Flash. Kevin's Spot: The Homestar Runner Interview
