Homefront Walkthrough

Homefront is a first-person shooter game developed by Kaos Studios and published by THQ. The game was released on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC on March 15, 2011. It was rated M for Mature because of the use of strong language, and display of blood and violence.

The story of Homefront was written by the director and screenwriter John Milius, who wrote or co-wrote the script of the movies Apocalypse Now, Conan the Barbarian and Dirty Harry. The plot of Homefront is set in a near future where the world is under the domination of the reunited South and North Korea.

In 2027, the world is under the domination of the Korean People's Army, a combined force of the North and South Korea. With the threat of the nuclear weapon, Korea invaded the countries of the world one by one. America is currently invaded by the Korean. The main character of the game, Robert Jacobs, is a former Marine helicopter pilot. While he is being sent to a reeducation camp, his bus is attacked by the American Resistance and he joins the underground army to fight the invaders.

Homefront is played like any other first-person shooter games and has no special gameplay. There are no ammo in the game and that will force the player to grab the enemies weapons and change when needed. Several vehicles can also be used such as a remote controlled heavy vehicle called Goliath, or a UAV to destroy the enemy forces from the air. The mission 6 let the player ride a chopper in order to defend the Resistance that are fighting on the ground.

1. Wake up and go look at the window. Someone will knock at your door. Go to the entrance door to open it.
2. A group of soldiers will take you outside and put you on a bus.
3. Once inside the vehicle, look through the window to see the atrocities of the war. A truck will then hit your bus.
4. Stand up and grab the weapon on the floor. Step outside the bus and follow your saviors inside the building.
5. Go outside and kill the two Koreans that will appear from the right. Take their weapons and get inside the building on the left.
6. Kill the enemies inside while taking cover behind the bookshelve. Grab their weapons if you need it and step outside.
7. Kill the korean soldier by the bus and follow your teammate to the east. Jump over the wall and enter the building on your right.
8. Shoot at the enemies inside the main room and get in cover. Grab the grenades and prepare for a fight with the Korean forces outside. Throw grenades and take cover. Kill as many as you can. At some point, the gas station will explode.
9. Go outside and follow your team to the south-east. Get in the yard of the house and crouch to enter it. Hide behind the walls and wait for the soldiers to pass. When the guy is giving you the signal, follow him and run to the house across the street.
10. Continue and enter the blue house. Climb on the tree house. Shoot at the soldiers down until the house gets hit by a rocket.
11. Take cover behind the first wall on the right, grab the weapon with the scope and shoot at the enemies. Stay low and use the grenades to deal massive damage. Follow your teammates between the wreckage of the plane and continue to kill the Koreans on the way.
12. You will see a house. Kill the enemies on the second floor and get near the building. A tank will appear. The destroy it, take the path that goes to the left of the house and climb the ladder. Kill the soldier and enter the house through the broken window. Grab the C4 and throw two on the tan. Make then explode to destroy the vehicle.
13. Go out of the house to regroup with your team and head south.
14. Pass through the houses and meet with the group of civilians.
15. After the talk, tank will attack the people. Get in the house on your left. Get in the front of the house ans take cover on the left of the window. Carefully take the soldiers down one by one. 
16. A smoke grenade will be thrown inside the house. Get in the garage on your left and exit the house.
17. Head south and enter the next house to meet with Hooper. Pick the Goliath Targeter on the floor. A vehicle will arrive in the house, you can control it. Use the targeter to destroy the designated enemy vehicles with the Goliath. Stay near the house and use your guns if you need to kill the soldiers outside.
18. Once all vehicles are destroyed, the chapter will be complete.
