Holly Washa was a 22-year-old woman that was raped, tortured and murdered in Seattle, Washington, in May of 1991 by convicted felon Cal Coburn Brown. Brown, who had been released from an Oregon prison on March 25, abducted Washa at knife point as she was leaving a hotel parking lot near the airport.Seattle Times: Victim's Call May Have Been Forced -- Boss Reflects On Tone...
