Missing Person's Case
Wimunc was reported missing on July 10, 2008, after she did not report to work at the Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg. A coworker who went to Wimunc's apartment to look for her found the apartment smoldering and smelled gasoline. When police were called, investigators found that her apartment had been intentionally set on fire. An apartment window had been shattered, and several bedrooms had burned. Arson and Murder
Wimunc's estranged husband, Marine Cpl.
