• Presidential Campaign

  On January 20, 2007, Clinton announced her intention to run for the Democratic Nomination for the 2008 presidential election. The Clinton won several key states throughout the course of her campaign, including Texas and Ohio; but after Barack Obama gained enough delegates to become the presumptive nominee, Hillary Clinton bowed out of the race and gave her support to Obama.
