Henry VI, Part 1

  • Henry VI, Part 1 is a history play by William Shakespeare and is the first in the cycle of four plays referred to as "The First Tetralogy". The play tells of the events following the death of Henry V, covering the origins of the War of the Roses and the loss of Britain's territories in France.
