He is completing a masters in business at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Hagar began dating Bush in 2004. He reportedly asked President Bush for permission to marry Jenna Bush in advance of proposing to her on Cadillac Mountain, in Maine.
In a 2009 book, In the President's Secret Service by Ronald Kessler - Kessler reveals that Jenna Bush and Hagar caused major problems for the Secret Service.
