  The Henry Ford Community College was the scene of a shooting on April 10, 2009. Shots were reported at about 12:40 p.m. from the MacKenzie Fine Arts Center. News agencies reported that Anthony Powell, 28, and Asia McGowan, 20, were both found dead.
