Backup University of New Hampshire quarterback Henri "Hank" Hendricks was charged with murder, assault and battery in connection with the death of professional surfer Emery Kauanui Jr following a bar brawl in May, 2007. Hendricks was sentenced to 90 days in jail for being an accessory to the death of Kauanui. Hendricks was one of five men involved in the beating which killed Kauanui.
