The winner of Hell's Kitchen was Holly Ugalde. The finale aired on August 10, 2010. For finishing first in the competition, Ugalde won the opportunity to serve as the head chef at Gordon Ramsay's London restaurant, Savoy Grill. Ugalde was competing against fellow finalist Jay Santos for the title, but won after putting together a superior dinner service using previously eliminated contestants.
