Background

As a fun loving mother of three, Helen Phillips found herself eating too much fast food as a result of her busy lifestyle. She watched each season of The Biggest Loser from the start, and when she found herself overweight decided to try out with her daughter, Shannon Thomas. Daughter Arrested

The daughter of Helen Phillips, Shannon Thomas, returned home after being eliminated during the first episode of Biggest Loser Couples. She was charged with domestic abuse after her tenant, Michael Nolden, accused her of kicking open the door to his basement apartment and throwing a bag of flour in his face.
