The "Helen Keller" dance refers to the chorus of the 3OH!3 song "Don't Trust Me." In the song, the two performers rap "Shush girl, shut your lips. Do the Helen Keller and talk with your hips." The line of the song prompted several parody versions what is now known as the "Helen Keller dance."
