The body of Washington DC resident Helen Johnstone was found June 4, 2008 by actress Lynda Carter.
Carter was rowing on the Potomac River and discovered the body floating face down. She did not have a cell phone at the time, so she yelled for nearby fishermen to call 911.
Cause of Death
