Helen Frizzell died after spending two weeks on the floor in her home after a fall. Her daughter,Carole Mae Frizzell, has been charged with criminal neglect of an elderly person. Carole reportedly fed her, cleaned her, and used bug spray to protect her from insects, but never called for help. She was found after a car salesman became suspicious when Frizell purchased a car with $15,000 in cash. She died hours after being found by police.
