Each December, the Heisman Trophy is awarded to the top college football player. Moments after the Heisman dinner ends, writers, bloggers and broadcasters begin to speculate as to which players will be considered for the next year's award.
In early speculation for the 2009 trophy, Florida's Tim Tebow, California's Jahvid Best and Texas's Colt McCoy lead those in the running.
