H. J. Heinz Company, usually referred to simply as "Heinz," is a food company specializing in ketchup, condiments, sauces, meals and snacks. It was founded by Henry John Heinz when he was just 25 years old and began making horseradish in clear bottles. Over the years its product line expanded, leading to the famous slogan "57 Varieties", though that had less to do with the actual number of varieties and more to do with picking a memorable number for marketing purposes. Now Heinz owns many brands that are popular the world over.http://www.heinz.com/our-company/about-heinz/history.aspx
