Heidi Overmier was one of three women murdered by George Sodini at the LA Fitness center near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on August 4, 2009.http://abcnews.go.com/US/story?id=8258525&page=1
Two others, Jody Billingsley and Elizabeth Gannon, were also killed, plus an additional nine injured. Sodini, who was a member of the fitness center, used three weapons at least 36 times before shooting himself.
