Calvin Klein model Heather Stohler (real name Heather Arrick) has reportedly died in a fire. Firefighters responded to a call on May 11, 2008 to the model's Indiana apartment. It was in flames when the fire department arrived. Stohler and her boyfriend, Daniel Risley, were rushed to the hospital. Stohler died later that day and Risley died two days later. The cause of the fire was a burner that was accidently left burning on the stove. Unfortunantly, there were no working smoke alarms in the model's home to warn the couple.
