Heather Maria Trujillo was sentenced to 18 years in prison in the connection with the December 2007 beating death of her younger sister, Zoe Garcia. Trujillo and her boyfriend at the time, Lamar Roberts, beat the 7-year-old to death while reenacting moves from the Mortal Kombat video game.
