Reality television star Heather Chadwell appeared on VH1's Rock of Love and Rock of Love 2 with Bret Michaels. In 2008, Chadwell appeared on the VH1 reality competition shows as a contestant on Rock of Love Charm School and on I Love Money. Chadwell appeared as a contestant on the summer 2008 VH1 reality show I Love Money. The competition brings together former cast members from Rock of Love, Flavor of Love and I Love New York. The contestants are tested on their reality TV "skills", like spitting for example, and compete for a grand prize of $250,000. Continuing with her appearances on Rock of Love spinoffs, Chadwell also appeared on Rock of Love Charm School in the fall of 2008.

Charm School headmistress, Sharon Osbourne, supervises the 14 ladies from Rock of Love with Bret Michaels as they receive lessons in etiquette, fashion, manners and moderation. Each week the contestants focus on one lesson and then they are given a test on what they learned. Any contestant who fails the challenges of Charm School will be expelled. Chadwell was the runner-up on season one of Rock of Love with Poison front man Bret Michaels. Michaels chose Jes Rickleff over Chadwell on the September 30, 2007 finale. Rickleff and Michaels however did not continue their relationship after the show, and Michaels appeared on the second season of Rock of Love in early 2008. Chadwell returned to the Rock of Love house on season two as a special guest of Michaels'.
