Heath Ledger was found dead in his apartment on January 22, 2008. His death was declared an accidental overdose after a detailed autopsy was performed.
While none of the drugs found in Ledger's system in the autopsy were illegal substances, authorities are seeing if any of the drugs had been prescribed to him illegally.FOXNews.com: Federal Drug Investigators Probing Two Doctors in Heath Ledger's Death (February 28, 2008) Investigators learned that Ledger did not have a prescription for two of the substances found in his body.
