Mix and Match Ingredients of Choice
Directions
- Peal and grate or cube potatoes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan at medium high heat.
- Add potatoes and vegetables of choice.
- Season with salt, pepper and other seasonings of choice.
- Cook until potatoes are tender.
- Note: If using cube or julienn cut potatoes, the cooking time will be longer then grated potatoes. This method calls for the potatoes to be covered while cooking.
