  • Hash Browns are made with diced, shredded, or julienned pan-fried potatoes, usually served as a breakfast side dish.

  • Directions

    1. Peal and grate or cube potatoes.
    2. Heat oil in a frying pan at medium high heat.
    3. Add potatoes and vegetables of choice.
    4. Season with salt, pepper and other seasonings of choice.
    5. Cook until potatoes are tender.
    • Note: If using cube or julienn cut potatoes, the cooking time will be longer then grated potatoes. This method calls for the potatoes to be covered while cooking.
