Author J.K. Rowling has stated in an interview that at least two major characters die in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, released on July 21, 2007. Word spread like wildfire in newspapers and on the internet with proposed victims and how they would die.
The book completes a seven part series was one of the most highly anticipated books of all time, breaking sales records before it was released.

I kinda agree with Lev Grossman comments on the Harry Potter epilogue but for other reasons than it been a happy ending. it felt more like..

Just finished harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban. My favorite so far. Such a good ending
