Harold Ford Jr. is the chairman of the Democratic Leadership Council. He formerly represented Tennessee's 9th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. Preceded by his father Harold Ford, Sr., Harold Ford Jr. was a congressmen between the years of 1997 to 2007.
