Harold Carmichael has been the Director Of Player Programs for the Philadelphia Eagles since 1998, . His job includes running programs designed to help players prepare for their post-football careers. These programs include relocation, financial education, family assistance and continuing education. In addition, he helps rookie players adjust to the National Football League, educating them about their off-field responsibilities.
