  • Former pro-wrestler Harrison Norris, Jr. was convicted on 24 counts of sex trafficking, peonage, forced labor and witness tampering by a federal jury. Harrison represented himself throughout his trial, claiming he was running a wrestling camp to train potential female wrestlers.

    On April 1, 2008, Harrison was sentenced to life in prison for running a scheme that forced women into prostitution. Two other defendants, Cedric Jackson and Aimee Allen, were also sentenced for lying to investigators in the case.
