Tulsa, Oklahoma, natives Hanson began their career with the teen pop phenomenon "MMMBop." After a flurry of attention surrounding the Middle of Nowhere album Hanson released This Time Around in 2000. While the album did not achieve the success of Middle of Nowhere, it showed a change towards a more mature, rock-influence in their sound. After separating with Island Hanson established their own label and has released two albums Underneath and The Walk. They have been entertaining fans for nearly two decades now and have shown a resistance to being influenced by fads and charts. They have dedicated themselves to building a following of fans and remain connected by musical craftsmanship and brotherhood.
The group is due to release a new album "Shout It Out", set to be released on June 8th 2010 on their label 3CG Records.http://www.hanson.net/site/sections/13 "Shout It Out" is purported to be a collection of finely crafted, R&B-flavored pop-rock. It is a homage to the music that inspired Hanson when they first started out. The album is produced and written exclusively by the band and features special guests including: Funk Brothers bassist Bob Babbitt, who played on some of Motown’s greatest hits, and horn arranger Jerry Hey, who worked with Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Earth, Wind and Fire and many more.http://www.hanson.net/site/sections/13

Hanson Band 1997 Video
This is a music video of the Hanson band preforming their 1997 well known hit I Will Come To Your. They are young in this video and it is inspiring to see such young artists with such powerful voices. This 4 minute video is done in grays with the band in orange as the bright spot in a gray world. Their voices are melodic and building in this inspiring song.
