One of the original Seven Wonders of the World, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon is a location in Iraq that dates back to 600 BC.
U.S. Troops came under fire in a July 2009 report for allegedly destroying part of the area to create Camp Alpha in 2003. U.S. Military officials claim the military base was created to help protect the area.
