Hon Solo was born on Corellia and abandoned at an early age. Raised by pirate Garris Shrike, Solo was treated horribly and forced to work on his crew. When Solo reached his teens he was able to escape the clutches of Shike and ventured out on his own. While attending the Imperial Academy at Carida he stopped an officer from beating a Wookie named Chewbacca. Being in Solo's debt Chewbacca swore a life of repayment. Together they united and fell back into smuggling.

Solo became intangled in the Rebel Alliance, thanks to Obe-Wan Kenobi's, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia.

After helping skywalker destroy the Death Star, he fell in love Princess Leia, and the two were married in nine ABY (After the Battle of Yavin).

Hons Solo became and unofficial member of the Rebel Alliance, and vowed to protect Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker and the intergalactic unions.
