• Details: A powerful bomb that's great at targeting vehicles or infantry units. It's ineffective against airborne units.

• Details: A devastating bomb fired from the Spirit of Fire that freezes enemies. It's the most powerful of the 3 UNSC leader powers.

• Details: A powerful battle ability that's good against massed armies. When upgraded it can help the Arbiter regenerate hit points.
