It's possible that some downloadable content (DLC) could be released for the video game Halo Wars. It isn't known what might be in the DLC, and it's possible that DLC could fall through since the developing studio Ensemble shut its doors for good after finishing the game. Even with the studio breaking up, Ensemble's producer Jason Pace told the Web site Electricpig.co.uk, "additional downloadable content is something we're looking into."Joystiq: Ensemble already looking into Halo Wars DLC (January 28, 2009)

Some earlier reports of DLC came out around November 17, 2008. Some articles came out saying that, not only was there going to be DLC in Halo Wars, but it was almost done.
