Some kids also use the holiday to express more heroic qualities such as a superhero like Batman, or a civil servant such as a fireman or a police officer. Adults typically use the holiday to express a drastically different side of their personality. Ladies typically choose costumes which accentuate their sexuality, while men choose a more comedic approach. In general costumes are affordable, but if price is an issue, the renting of a costume is probably a more efficient way to express yourself for the one day of the year. -
